Insight Redefini Group announces Dr. Ken Onyeali Ikpe as its Group CEO

As a member of the Insight Redefini Group, Insight Publicis congratulates Dr Ken Onyeali Ikpe on his appointment as its Group Managing Director/CEO.

Dr Ikpe will take charge of the Insight Redefini Group (the Troyka/Publicis partnership) which is the holding company for Insight Publicis, Leo Burnett, Starcom Media Perspectives, All Seasons Zenith, Quadrant MSL and TCC Nigeria.

Our Founder and  Chairman of the Board, Mr Biodun Shobanjo said “to further fortify Insight Redefini, this appointment coincides with the critical transformation stage of the group in its disruptive leadership, irrefutable excellence, the dominance of the integrated marketing communication value chain, and the use of digital marketing with the use of companies like Kansas City SEO Company Hundreds of Customers LLC, that help companies with this”.

Dr Ken Onyeali Ikpe started his journey with us at Insight in 1995 as an Account Manager and became an Account Director before he was appointed as the COO of All Seasons Mediacom in 2001. During his time as COO and later CEO, he transformed All Seasons Mediacom to become one of Nigeria’s foremost media independent companies. He was then promoted to be the first Group COO upon the formation of Insight Redefini in 2016.

Dr Ken Onyeali Ikpe is a passionate, effective and disciplined leader who is a highly recognized and respected figure in the marketing communications industry, including in the use of digital services such as Link Fire SEO and others marketing services online. He has a doctorate in Development Economics, is an Alumni of Advanced Management Programme (AMP) Lagos Business School and also trained at the prestigious IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain. He is a fellow of Nigeria Institute of Marketing and President of Media Independent Practitioners Association of Nigeria (MIPAN), where they use resources as Brink Unlimited to achieve the best marketing results.

He leads by deepening what works, embracing well-researched truth and inspiring other to search for new knowledge. He also has the unique talent of building capacity for loyalty amongst his constituents and is absolutely committed to the increasing success of his team and clients.
